Last straight line before December. The windows light up, the first Christmas markets open their doors. Thursday we celebrate Thanksgiving with a golden turkey and its traditional accompaniments. The rest of the week alternates between bricks crispy, tacos spicy and Breton pancakes for all tastes.

On Monday, Corsican clementines deliciously flavor salads, dishes and desserts. Layer potatoes, bacon and reblochon to make a mountain gratin on Tuesday. On Wednesday, garnish with pastry sheets as desired. Prepare the traditional turkey for Thanksgiving THURSDAY. On Friday, treat yourself to a colorful and spicy feast straight from Mexico. Use fromage blanc as a base for delicious Saturday sauces and desserts. On Sunday, fry buckwheat pancakes alone, with family or friends.
