Mix the egg whites in a salad bowl with the icing sugar.

Add the flour to the mixture, then the butter that has been melted beforehand.

On a non-stick baking tray or on parchment paper, make small pieces of ghost-shaped dough.

If you don’t necessarily want to make icing, you can, at this step, place the mini-smarties to make the ghosts’ eyes.

Bake for ten minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6). They should have golden edges.

If you prefer your cookies with a nice icing, it’s very simple, just sift the icing sugar and add the hot water while stirring.

Let the icing sit for a few minutes and then apply it with a brush onto your biscuits.
