These airfryer bruschettas, golden and fragrant, are ready in just a few minutes for a gourmet aperitif. Easy to prepare, they combine fresh tomatoes, basil, crusty bread and mozzarella for an authentic flavor.

Preparing the filling

Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices.

Finely chop the garlic and basil.

Mix tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. To book.
Preparing the bread

Preheat the airfryer to 180°C for 2 minutes.

Lightly brush each slice of bread with a little olive oil. Place the bread slices in the basket.
