These airfryer chicken tenders, golden and crispy, are easily ready in just a few minutes. To be enjoyed hot, accompanied by fries, salad or homemade sauces. For an even crispier version, add a little grated parmesan to the breadcrumbs.

Preparing the chicken

Cut the chicken fillets into uniform sized sticks.

Prepare three plates: one with the flour, one with the beaten egg, and the last with the breadcrumbs, garlic, salt and pepper.

Dip each stick in flour, then egg, then in breadcrumbs.

To finish
Lightly spray the tenders with a little oil.
Airfryer cooking

Preheat the airfryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.

Arrange the tenders in the basket without stacking them.

To finish
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes at 180°C, turning them halfway through cooking. Serve hot.
