These airfryer Brussels sprouts, golden and crispy, are ready in just a few minutes. Perfect as an accompaniment to meat, fish or for a vegetarian meal.

Preparing the Brussels sprouts

Rinse the Brussels sprouts. Remove damaged leaves, cut the base and cut them in half for even cooking.

To finish
Place the cabbages in a salad bowl. Add the olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat well.
Airfryer cooking

Preheat the airfryer to 180°C.

Pour the cabbages into the basket without overlapping them too much.

Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking. Serve hot.
