Easy and quick to prepare, airfryer roasted butternut is flavored with olive oil, paprika or cumin as desired. It goes well with meat, fish or vegetarian dishes. If there are leftovers, they will keep for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator and can be reheated in the air fryer to crisp up again.

Preparing the butternut squash

Wash the butternut, dry it, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Cut into pieces or cubes of approximately 2 to 3 cm.

To finish
In a bowl, mix the butternut cubes with the olive oil, herbs de Provence, salt and pepper.
Airfryer cooking

Preheat the airfryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.

Place the butternut cubes in the basket, in a single layer for even cooking.

Cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C, stirring halfway through cooking. Serve hot.
