    Cooking bacon

    In a lightly oiled pan, brown the bacon until slightly crispy.

    Cooking pasta

    Bring water to a boil then cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package. Stir regularly.

    Preparing carbonara sauce

    In a salad bowl, put 2 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk. Add the granda padana and mix with a whisk. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little pasta cooking water to thin the sauce.

    Drain the pasta

    Drain the pasta quickly, leaving it slightly “damp”

  5. Assembly

    Add the carbonara sauce to the pasta and add the bacon as decoration.
