    Preparing the shortbread

    Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and almonds. In a salad bowl, put the sugar, flour, almonds, hazelnuts and egg whites. Mix them with a wooden spoon. Oil an aluminum sheet. Make small piles with a teaspoon.
