    Prepare the fruit

    Cut the quetches into thin strips and coat them with cinnamon.

    Mix the dry ingredients

    In a salad bowl, sift the flour and cornstarch, then add the sugar and yeast. Mix.

    Add the liquids

    Form a well and add the milk, melted butter and beaten eggs. Mix quickly.

    Pour into the molds

    Divide the dough into silicone molds.

    Add the fruit

    Arrange the damson on top of each muffin.

  6. Cook

    Bake at 180°C for 20–25 mins until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
